Chelmsford Public Schools - Announcement of Vacancy for the 2026- 2027 School Year

The Chelmsford Public Schools is now accepting applications for the following vacancy. The District reserves the right to change this vacancy or not fill this vacancy based on further staffing changes, enrollment, or budget.

Pay Rate: $25/ per 30 minute lesson

General Description:

Private lesson teacher (guitar) for Chelmsford Community Education beginning Fall of 2026. Teaching private half-hour lessons through the Chelmsford Community at a rate of $25 per half hour lesson.

  • Teach Guitar skills and music literacy at age appropriate levels (K-Adult). Ukulele and bass guitar skills in addition to guitar are preferred but not required.
  • Teach individual lessons and group lessons.
  • Differentiate for students of varying ability.
  • Collaborate with Community Education staff, parents, and building faculty to coordinator lessons.
  • Must complete CORI check.
