RF Engineer

RF Engineer (Chelmsford, MA – Contract – $79.71/hr)

First Shift (Monday–Thursday) from 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

The RF / microwave engineer will support the manufacturing of complex multi‑function modules used in challenging high‑reliability applications. Responsibilities include analysis and troubleshooting of circuits for advanced electronic modules (e.g., amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits), providing technical support to the manufacturing operation to resolve assembly and test issues, and collaborating with hardware engineers, systems engineers, circuit design engineers, technicians, and manufacturing support personnel.

• Active/current DoD Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL); U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in RF/Microwave Engineering.
• 1+ years of related experience in RF/Microwave Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits.
• Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, phase noise analyzers).
• Expertise with reviewing and interpreting technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams, and test data.

• Professional experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated academic achievement in the field of RF.
• Familiarity with RF/microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team‑based environment.
