Work Schedule: 4/10A-1st Shift

Hourly Rate: $60.00 – $67.00 (W2 hourly contract only)

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required

W2 hourly contract only with possible extension, no 1099, no third parties, no C2C.

No exceptions. Secret clearance required.

Education and Experience:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience or a Master's with 1-3 years
• Experience building relationships across functional teams
• Microsoft Office experience
• SAP experience is a plus
• 3+ years of Project Management experience

Desired skills:

• Project Management proficiency and experience with Earned Value Measurement (EVMS)
• Experience working in a defense company with engineering or manufacturing background
• Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• DFARS experience is a plus

You will serve as a Project Engineer, supporting the Integration & Test Equipment (IT&E) Department. In this role you will plan, organize, track, and report on activities for Advanced Programs (AP). Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs
• Maintaining and updating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans
• Acting as the primary material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations
• Identifying and driving continuous process improvement initiatives that boost project execution, efficiency, and improve documentation quality
• Coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within assigned responsibility area
