Position: Mechanical Engineer with Security Clearance
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
* AA Degree with 10 years experience or more

* Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance

* Experience in electronic packaging for military applications.

* Experience with design and documentation of Circuit Card Assemblies, Printed Circuit Boards and Cabling.

* Experience with CREO and Windchill

* Knowledgeable of GD&T

* Familiar with Change Board processes and documentation control POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* The ideal candidate for this position will perform electronics packaging designs, testing and verification of microwave electronics components and sub-systems. Experience manufacturing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electronic assemblies is also desirable. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
* BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering

* Experience with electronics packaging for microwave electronics.

* Experience with CREO, Windchill, Zuken.

* Hands on experience with building and testing electronic assemblies.

* Knowledge of GD&T is preferred.

* Knowledge of materials and processes used in electronics is preferred. REQUIRED EDUCATION
* Accredited Associates of Arts Degree WORK HOURS
* Full-Time
