Integration and Test Engineer

PGS Worldwide is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer in Chelmsford, Massachusetts for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position supports the integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems in a complex technical environment. The role focuses on test planning, execution, analysis, interface troubleshooting, and regression validation to ensure system performance meets technical, schedule, and cost objectives.

Required Skills

• Active Interim Secret or active Secret clearance required at submittal
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of LabVIEW experience
• Experience with RF testing
• Ability to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and test solutions
• Ability to synthesize contractual requirements into system test solutions
• Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards
• Ability to solve hardware and software interface problems and define input and output parameters
• Experience deriving requirements for testability
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
• Ability to analyze test results and prepare subsystem and system-level evaluation reports
• Ability to write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing

What You’ll Do

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems
• Translate customer contractual requirements into test solutions that account for technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Establish functional and technical specifications and standards
• Solve hardware and software interface issues and define system input and output parameters
• Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability
• Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities with programs and partner organizations
• Analyze test results and prepare reports to verify and validate system performance
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to validate incorporated fixes
