RF Engineer - Production Support - Chelmsford, MA

What You Will Be Doing

The RF/microwave engineer will support the manufacturing of complex multi‑function modules used in high‑reliability applications. Responsibilities include analysis and troubleshooting of circuits such as amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation and conversion circuits; providing technical support to manufacturing for assembly and test issues; and collaborating with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers and technicians.

• 1+ year related experience in RF/microwave engineering and a post‑secondary degree or training.
• Experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits.
• Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, phase noise analyzers.
• Ability to review and interpret technical documentation such as specifications, schematics, and test data.
• US citizen with a provisional Secret clearance before starting the position.

• Professional experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Academic achievement in RF engineering.
• Familiarity with RF/microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Active Secret clearance.

This position requires a Secret clearance. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen.

Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Relocation assistance is possible.

Annual base salary range: $82,900 - $146,165 (state‑specific ranges apply). Position is incentive‑plan eligible.
