Located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, our team is dedicated to producing advanced technology solutions that safeguard national security and advance the industry. What You Will Be Doing As an Industrial Engineer, you will support one or more of the product lines in Chelmsford. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assist with the development of production operation time standards, tracking cost and schedule performance at the part level, establishment of efficiency calculations, capacity/manpower assessments, trend analysis, capital equipment justifications, production layouts and process flows, cost and span reduction initiatives, and other process improvement activities.
* Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Lead and other Program Support Teams to refine and improve production in an RF and microelectronics environment. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited college
• Knowledge and understanding of Production / Industrial Engineering concepts
• Tools and skills for driving continuous improvement projects
• Experience with process simulation modeling
• Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired

• Experience with SAP ERP system
• Experience with simulation modeling, specifically Simio
• Understanding of Capacity Planning, Man-loading / Balancing, Estimating / Line Flow
• Manufacturing layout development, specifically AutoCAD
• Experience/Internship working in an manufacturing environment
• Lean/Six Sigma Training or Certification Security Clearance Statement:
