* You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Chelmsford, MA  Our team is responsible for designing, fabricating, and qualifying microwave hybrid assemblies that support critical aerospace and defense programs

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for defining processes, troubleshooting hardware, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Gain an understanding of all assembly techniques and materials used to produce microwave hybrids including substrate and die epoxy attach as well as wire bonding

+ You should have experience with J STD 001 solder assembly, conductive epoxy attach of substrates and semiconductor die, gold wedge and ball bonding, and seal / hermeticity testing

+ You'll design the sequence of operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tooling and other functions that affect product performance

+ You will inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency

+ You'll investigate hardware failures and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality

+ Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

* Basic Qualifications:

* - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university

- Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance within one year of start date

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point  

- Ability to work overtime if needed to support special projects

- Microwave Hybrid manufacturing experience, Design of Experiment experience, Lean/Six Sigma certification, J STD 001 certification, Automated epoxy dispense & component placement, Automated Wire Bonding Equipment, and defense industry experience
