RF Engineer

RF – Microwave Engineer (On Site, Chelmsford, MA)

Hourly rates: $64.20 to $79.70 per hour* (W2 contract). First Shift (Monday – Thursday) from 6:30AM – 4:00PM. Active or Interim Secret Clearance required to start.

• Support the manufacturing of complex multi‑function modules used in challenging high‑reliability applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot circuits for advanced electronic modules, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing operation to resolve assembly and test issues.
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines—hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers—along with technicians to resolve design and integration issues.
• Interpret and review technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams, and test data.

• US Citizenship and an Active or Interim Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in RF / Microwave Engineering.
• 1+ years of related experience in RF/Microwave Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits.
• Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
• Professional experience in the aerospace/defense industry (desired).
• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment (desired).
• Demonstrated academic achievement in the field of RF (desired).
• Familiarity with RF/microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools (desired).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (desired).
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team‑based environment.
