Job Summary:

This engineer will work with a cross-functional team in the development of new-generation controls solutions and engage in analyses of complex field and manufacturing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design new PCBs for next-generation system architectures.
• Perform hands-on prototyping, testing, and validation in laboratory environments.
• Conduct technical presentations and lead cross-functional issue resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, consistent use of engineering processes, and adherence to design standards.
• Work collaboratively with mechanical and software engineers to deliver complete product solutions.
• Investigate and respond quickly to technical questions or issues originating from customers or internal operations.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
• 7-9 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware development, control systems, and PCB design.
• Capable of balancing long-term project deliverables with rapid investigation of field/manufacturing issues.
