Project Engineer
A growing engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a Project Engineer to support the execution of custom-engineered electromechanical products. This role will serve as a key liaison between customers, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet technical requirements. The company develops products used in demanding aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications.
Responsibilities- Manage engineering projects from kickoff through production
- Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Review technical requirements and customer specifications
- Support design reviews, testing activities, and product releases
- Communicate project status and risks to internal stakeholders
- Assist with process improvements and product development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of engineering or project engineering experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with electromechanical products, aerospace, defense, or industrial equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation is beneficial
- Work on complex, custom-engineered products

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Chelmsford, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
