What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Interface with competitive conversions and North American Ventilation customers to ensure product support throughout pre- and post-sale stages
  • Conduct equipment set-up and provide post-sale training and development, including classroom and field ride-alongs
  • Manage post-sale troubleshooting and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Oversee on-site deployment and training timelines, ensuring smooth transitions for clients
  • Administer post-deployment satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist
  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist or at least one NBRC Credential
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other digital communication tools

  • Experience developing relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills in a sales environment
  • Strategic thinking capabilities for positioning company products effectively
  • Valid driver’s license for travel purposes
  • Familiarity with vendor credentialing services such as Reptrax or Vendormate
