Job Description

We are looking for a brilliant, innovative HR Intern to join our team for the summer at our Americas’ headquarters in Chelmsford, MA.

What You'll Do Here
  • Work with HRBP team to develop and distribute standardized onboarding templates
  • Distribute and track employee handbook signatures through Docusign
  • Audit job description database and update to most current template formatting
  • Assist in scheduling interviews for candidates in recruiting process

    Design and upload internal webpage for Learning & Development content
  • Prep for Learning & Development sessions by assembling materials and participation as applicable
  • Assemble new hire kits
  • Coordinate and help design anniversary bobble heads
  • Organize data from our annual employee engagement survey, summarize year-over-year trends and provide recommendations for improving the survey process to make data collection more efficient
  • Update and maintain employee records
  • Complete a data cleaning audit of our Predictive Index site
  • Other HR tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
  • A self-directed visionary who isn't afraid to ask questions and share ideas
  • A strategic, analytical thinker motivated to execute high-quality work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including visually representing data in Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems a plus
  • Willingness and ability to work in a changing environment
  • Experience working with multiple layers in an organization
  • An eagerness to learn and grow, while applying concepts from college coursework
