Learn more at  and on  and .We are seeking a motivated Contracts Negotiator to join our Government Contracts team. This role will support contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Interface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters.
* Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support.
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules.
* Support Cost or Pricing Data (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute; formerly TINA) requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact‑finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions.
* Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with contract closeout and reporting requirements.
* Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
* 3+ years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War)
* Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPD
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance#LI-PG1
* For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
