Overview
HCL is a fast-growing, $1B+ software business, committed to being the #1 Software company in the world. We are seeking an HCL Big Fix Administrator to join our team. This position can be remote, with a preference for candidates located within the US
Core Responsibilities- Administer an enterprise Big Fix solution, providing support and training to various product teams.
- Perform hands-on operational support for secure configuration, asset management, and vulnerability functions for the HCL Software organization.
- Work with Security Teams and IT/Business colleagues to prioritize and drive gap remediation.
- Support ongoing privacy/security compliance and auditing frameworks.
- Manage privacy/security-related issues in business partnerships, specifically representing Security in client/customer engagements and HCL Software Sales Teams.
- Identify and communicate potential risks areas with leadership.
- Train teams and individuals on the Information Security Management System.
- Support audits and reviews to ensure achievement of compliance standards.
- Proficiently assign roles and tag devices within the Big Fix environment.
- Perform maintenance and deployment of Big Fix relay infrastructure.
- Support integration of Big Fix with other applications.
- Understand backup and/or fault tolerance capabilities for the Big Fix platform.
- Understand data warehousing for dashboarding of security and compliance data.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
- 5+ years of experience with HCL Big Fix and administrator functions.
- Familiar with utilizing and maintaining Big Fix Compliance (SCA).
- Familiar with Secure Configuration Management processes, including but not limited to CIS and DISA STIGs.
- Experience in SCM implementation, testing, and remediation.
- Proficient in Relevance language.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise security and/or ops domain.
- 5+ years of experience in a desktop support role on Mac, Windows and Linux
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to consistently address customers' needs beyond expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented culture.
