Desktop Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a contract job in Chelmford MA, Onsite in United States

Pay Range: $48/hr - $50/hr on W2

(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Duration: 6 Month+(Possible to Extend)

Experience

Required:

6-8years & Above

• Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair or replacement or upgrade (laptop, desktop, servers, switches, mobile device, printer, copier, plotter, video conference)
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, iOS and mobile device and VM tools
• Hands-on experience in relevant hardware and software installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting
