" Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair or replacement or upgrade (laptop, desktop, servers, switches, mobile device, printer, copier, plotter, video conference) " Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, iOS and mobile device and VM tools " Hands-on experience in relevant hardware and software installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting " Detective-like troubleshooting and problem solving, attention to detail " Knowledge and experience of customer IT service delivery, ticketing tools and knowledge-based systems " Customer service orientation
" Must be able to work on-site in Chelmsford, MA (suburb of Boston, MA)
