Endpoint Technicians
Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair or replacement or upgrade (laptop, desktop, servers, switches, mobile device, printer, copier, plotter, video conference)
Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, iOS and mobile device and VM tools
Hands-on experience in relevant hardware and software installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting
Detective-like troubleshooting and problem solving, attention to detail
Knowledge and experience of customer IT service delivery, ticketing tools and knowledge-based systems
