** What you’ll do here as IT Helpdesk Intern?
**** What You’ll Do Here...**.
* First line support for service desk ticket requests
* Assist with Onboarding new Axians – including, but not limited to building new hire laptops and conducting trainings
* Help create and maintain knowledge base documentation
* Maintain and organize inventory
* Shadow senior team members
* Involvement in ongoing IT projects
* Perform additional tasks as required

*** Strong attention to detail
* Organized with ability to multi-task
* Excellent use of time management
* High skill level with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Platform
* Ability to effectively work independently as well as within a team
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Eager and quick learner
** We'd love to hear that you have/are:
*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Management Information Systems
* Maintained GPA of 3.0 or better
* Prior IT internship experience a plus
* Interest in learning about Information Systems
