Basic Qualifications
- Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for time‑keeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.

- Ability to learn J‑STD‑001 and/or IPC‑A‑610.
- Experience with electrical and/or micro‑electronics preferred.
- Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Micro Wave Assembler Sr
You will be a Microwave Assembler for our team, responsible for performing fabrication or modification tasks on RF Microwave hybrid microcircuits and sub‑assemblies. Our team is dedicated to delivering high‑quality products, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Microwave Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Installation of connectors, substrates, components and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing paste and sheet epoxies.
- Disassembly, assembly, modification, rework and repair operations on various pre‑production sub‑assemblies, assemblies and complete systems that utilize integrated circuit technology.
- Perform the above operations after the units have been rejected by testing and are sent back with test‑failure sheets, isolating the problem area.
- Plan work sequence by assessing available work in progress to meet schedule requirements.
- Utilize measurement equipment (e.g., reticle, drop indicator, etc.) to check parameters during and after work to assure that the unit conforms to specifications.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot product to specifications.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Desired Skills- Assemble electronic components, sub‑assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings.
- Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
- Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.
- Work with microscopic to large components that may require visual magnification.
- Use various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers and screwdrivers).
- Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting a Lockheed Martin contract.
