Shift: Weekend day shift (Full‑time, Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Hours:
5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Assemble electronic components, sub‑assemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.
- Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
- Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and processes.
- Work with components ranging from microscopic to large, using visual magnification when needed.
- Use various hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters, as well as pneumatic tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers.
- Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and support continuous improvement.
- Basic computer skills, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to learn J‑STD‑001 and/or IPC‑A‑610.
- Experience with electrical and/or micro‑electronics (preferred).
- Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reputation for punctuality, reliability, and a desire to grow and learn.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $22.00 – $24.00 /hr.
