Master Scheduler (NPI OR Low Volume / High Mix Manufacturing Environment) Job Description

We are looking for a Master Scheduler as we accelerate our growth journey.

• Provide input to management.
• Schedule and/or interface with marketing, sales, production, and engineering managers.
• Resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions caused by design changes.
• Oversee the master schedules and ensure comprehensive compliance with material requirements for manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Master Scheduler role in an NPI or low‑volume/high‑mix manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a team lead role (preferred).
• Oracle ERP experience highly preferred.

Compensation: $94,280.13 USD to $ USD (based on geography, skills, education, and experience). Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
