Subcontract Management

Description

You will be the Subcontract Management for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence.

As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor relationships and ensuring that material flow aligns with production schedules.

• Develop and manage subcontractor agreements and performance metrics.
• Coordinate material flow between suppliers and manufacturing sites.
• Facilitate supplier collaboration to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support manufacturing excellence by ensuring timely delivery of components.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. This position is onsite full‑time with a 4x10 hour day schedule and 3 days off per week.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
• Microsoft Office Suite Skillset
• Ability to travel

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
