Test Engineer, Electronics Technician, Production QC/QA
Our client is looking for a Test Development Technician. This role is with a reputable company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the manufacturing sector. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling and debugging complex electro‑mechanical test systems, supporting preventive maintenance and calibration, updating documentation, and executing validation plans to ensure regulatory compliance. You will work closely with production and test development teams to troubleshoot circuits, interpret schematics, and optimize test fixtures, all while maintaining manufacturing standards and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
In this role, you will be engaging in test system assembly and debugging, performing validations, supporting production operations, and maintaining test equipment documentation. Your electro‑mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with testing technology, including LabVIEW and Test Stand, will be key to success. This is a hands‑on position ideal for a candidate with a technical background and strong communication abilities.
Work ScheduleMonday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience- Troubleshooting analog, digital, and high‑voltage circuits, including computer‑based systems
- Strong electro‑mechanical skills, with the ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly, and electronics test technology
- Effective communication with test development and production teams
- Proficient in common PC applications like Word and Excel
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and Test Stand software troubleshooting tools (a plus)
- Understanding of FDA QSR documentation (a plus)
- Minimum of a technical school diploma, ASEE preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of a Test Engineer skill level
