** About the Company*
* We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team producing advanced medical technology used by hospitals, emergency responders, military personnel, and healthcare providers around the world. Our organization develops life-saving medical devices and solutions that help diagnose and treat patients experiencing serious cardiac, respiratory, and trauma-related emergencies.

** What You'll Do*
* As the Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Zenix production line, leading a team of 10-15 direct reports while ensuring production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 production employees.

+ Manage daily production activities to meet the master production schedule.

+ Monitor production output, line efficiency, inventory accuracy, and safety performance.

+ Ensure quality standards are consistently met while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Coordinate staffing, cross-training, and work assignments to meet changing production demands.

+ Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and R&D to resolve production and product issues.

+ Maintain employee training records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

+ Conduct employee performance reviews, coaching conversations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

+ Monitor attendance, approve timecards, and manage overtime appropriately.

+ Maintain capacity planning and ensure FIFO inventory practices are followed.

+ Track and report production metrics, productivity, and operational performance.

+ Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma with 10+ years of manufacturing experience or Associate Degree with 8+ years of manufacturing experience.

+ Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical, electro-mechanical, technical, or medical device manufacturing.

+ At least 2 years of leadership experience as a Group Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent.

+ Experience supervising manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment.

+ Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

+ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets.

+

Experience with ERP/MRP manufacturing systems is preferred.

+ Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR) or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

+ Ability to interpret technical documentation, engineering changes, and manufacturing procedures.
