Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Test Technicians for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
* Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
* Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
* Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
* Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
* Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
* Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
* Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement. REQUIRED EDUCATION
* Accredited High School Diploma or GED. WORK HOURS
* 4/10-1st Shift- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime ADDITIONAL
* Interim secret clearance required to start position. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

* Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
