Technical/Professional - Test Technician (Chelmsford, MA)
About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
- Assemble, inspect, and verify products following detailed process/work instructions and test plans to ensure top-tier quality standards.
- Utilize measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet rigorous quality requirements.
- Accurately document data, maintain test databases, generate reports, and contribute to continual test procedure improvements.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies to support production efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Navigate digital systems for timekeeping, reviewing work instructions, and confirming task completion. Required
Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficient at following written and verbal instructions.
- Familiarity with electrical and/or micro-electronics tasks.
- Understanding of ESD procedures and electronic test equipment usage.
- Strong work ethic with a reputation for punctuality, reliability, and a passion for learning.
- Basic computer navigation and documentation skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to obtain interim secret clearance (process initiated at offer stage). Preferred
Skills:
- Prior experience in electrical or micro-electronics environments.
