Operate process equipment including reactors, pressure filters, pumps, filling, labeling and packaging equipment according to SOPs and UOPs in a large-scale chemical batch manufacturing process;
Perform equipment changeovers with Lock Out Tag Out and Confined Space protocols;
Conduct R-Bead polymerization and bead coating processes;
Train new employees on basic tasks as needed;
Maintain batch and equipment records per ISO
13485 standards and Good Documentation practices; emphasize quality;
Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities within the work center, including cleaning tasks as needed
