Supplemental Health Care is seeking a LPN/LVN School Nurse for a local contract job in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

• Student care will be on an as‑needed basis in the school health office

• Provide healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
• Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services
