Full-time: 40 hours per week
On-site position
This position is a temporary (W2) contract assignment
Duration: approx. 10 weeks (job end date on file: Nov 13, 2026)

Interview required
Responsibilities- Administer immunizations/vaccines in accordance with clinical guidelines and all applicable regulations.
- Assess patient immunization history and provide education on vaccine benefits and possible side effects.
- Document vaccines accurately in patient records/health systems.
- Follow infection control, safety, and proper vaccine handling/storage procedures.
- Support healthcare and pharmacy operations as needed.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts) / ability to practice in MA.
- Able to work on-site in Chelmsford, MA.
- Comfortable working in a safety-sensitive environment and handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Immunization/vaccine administration experience preferred (and/or immunization administration certification if required by site).
Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
