You will be the Quality Supervisor for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product compliance with specifications and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a blended workforce of hourly and salaried employees who inspect products to determine compliance with specifications. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Supervising hourly and salaried employees performing product inspections.
* Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate staff.
* Assessing performance, assigning work, and managing salary and recognition.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment. Ability to obtain a secret clearance and must be able to obtain an interim secret clearance prior to start. Desired
Skills:
Supervision experience. EEE component testing experience. Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and/or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T). Strong Microsoft, SAP, PLM experience. Experience in failure analysis and corrective action. Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
