As a Quality Assurance Engineer in Chelmsford, MA, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance within a collaborative, innovation-driven engineering environment. [Responsibilities]

- Develop, review, and enhance quality standards, procedures, and methods to ensure optimal product delivery.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing process issues, driving effective corrective actions.
- Lead program corrective action meetings and actively contribute to Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards.
- Conduct thorough assessments and audits to guarantee compliance with all specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on all quality-related matters.
- Apply lean methodologies to support continuous improvement and nonconformance reduction efforts.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- STEM Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of Interim Clearance required to start.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- In-depth understanding of Material Review Board processes and quality documentation review.
- At least 15 years of direct Quality Assurance Engineering experience.

[Preferred Skills]

- Advanced proficiency in process improvement and lean initiatives.
- Experience interfacing with diverse stakeholders in high-stakes environments.
- Familiarity with advanced quality management systems and audit protocols.
