Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
- Implement sales development strategies and processes to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Analyze team performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales development, lead management, and leadership.
- Act as a liaison between the SDR team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and high performance.
- Strong sales acumen, including lead identification, qualification, objection handling, and deal closure.
- Proven coaching abilities with a desire to continuously develop team members.
- High level of emotional intelligence (self‑awareness, self‑regulation, social skill, empathy, motivation).
- Excellent teamwork, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
- Effective collaboration across diverse teams, skills, and geographies.
- Strong communication skills with balance of openness, honesty, and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales/marketing experience.
- Experience leading a team (must have) and preferably an SDR/BDR team.
- Knowledge and experience with key platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other common sales‑development tools.
- Employee occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.
- Travel up to 15% of the time, including international travel.
The approximate pay range for this role is $100,000‑110,000 OTE. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
