About Us:

At USALLIANCE, we pride ourselves on innovation, teamwork, training and development and career planning. We are a unique members-first Credit Union Culture driven by our core Values:
Trust, Collaboration, Achievement and Making a Difference. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Represent USALLIANCE in the community and form lasting relationships with our members and partners.

About This Role:

This is a base salary plus commission, field-driven sales role designed for highly motivated, self-directed professionals with a proven track record of building and converting sales pipelines. Success in this role requires the ability to independently generate, re-engage, and grow business opportunities, with a strong focus on revitalizing existing Select Employee Group (SEG) partnerships within assigned markets.

The Partner Relationship Officer is responsible for reactivating, managing, and expanding USALLIANCE’s SEG relationships through a proactive, performance-driven B2B model. This role combines strategic account growth with hands‑on field execution, including frequent on‑site engagement, partner activation, and direct member enrollment to drive measurable membership growth, product adoption, and long-term partner value.

This position operates in a performance-based environment, where earning potential is directly tied to partner activation, account growth, and funded member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop re‑engagement opportunities within assigned markets, building and maintaining a consistent, self‑generated pipeline across existing Select Employee Group (SEG) relationships and targeted new partners
  • Own the full sales lifecycle within assigned portfolio, including outreach, reactivation, consultative needs assessment, solution positioning, and activation of new growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for each SEG, including opportunity sizing, engagement strategy, and clearly defined growth, product adoption, and activation targets
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Operations) and expanding opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct consultative B2B needs assessments to identify workforce needs and align solutions that drive measurable partner value and member growth
  • Generate new business opportunities within existing SEG populations while selectively prospecting within assigned markets to expand the partner portfolio
  • Plan and deliver on‑site and virtual engagement initiatives—including financial wellness sessions, onboarding events, and partner activations—designed to drive measurable enrollment, funded accounts, and sustained participation
  • Promote and drive adoption of credit union products and services, with a focus on increasing penetration, generating funded accounts, and establishing direct deposit relationships
  • Track, manage, and report on all sales and relationship activity within CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, account plans, and performance against defined revenue and growth targets
  • Operate independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability in a performance-driven environment, continuously refining approach based on results, partner feedback, and market insights
  • Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may evolve as the Business Development department is established and scaled, with priorities adjusted based on organizational needs.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual Candidates strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B or partnership sales
