Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* * Ensures installations meet quality, safety, and contract standards by overseeing teams.

* Manage warranty issues and repairs.

* Back up for Install Manager.

* Resolve any installation & logistical concerns.

* Point of contact for dispatch, warehouse, and install team to ensure each project is coordinated smoothly

* Manage pending installations weekly.

* Establish and maintain a positive and effective relationship with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, etc.

* Coordinate all inspections with the permit coordinator to make sure all jobs are inspected and complete.

* Responsible for coordinating all subcontractors to the job and communicating details to customer and technicians.

* Promote Miltown's standards of quality and safety.

* Additional duties as needed.
