We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman and/or Master plumbing license
• 2+ years of field experience in plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Working knowledge of current code requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with power tools and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, and experience with Service Titan or similar dispatch software, is preferred.

This is a full-time position. Licensed service technicians participate in an on‑call rotation, with an additional $100 in compensation and a shared after‑hours fee, while installation technicians follow a standard schedule without on‑call duties.

In this role, you'll take on residential plumbing work that is primarily service‑focused, diagnosing issues, performing precise repairs, and delivering solutions homeowners can trust. Depending on your role, you'll specialize as a service technician, handling customer‑facing repairs and maintenance, or as a construction/installation technician, completing high‑quality system installations. In either path, you'll ensure all work meets code and exceeds expectations. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, build trust through your expertise, and use Service Titan to manage quotes, invoices, and documentation.
