Princeton Properties is seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our Mill & 3 property in Chelmsford, MA. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property and supporting daily operations.
Preferred candidates have hands-on maintenance interest and are ready to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks with training provided. On-call responsibilities and on-site work are required to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.
