Job Description

Lead HVAC Installer Eric

C. Foster Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Chelmsford, MA | Full-Time | $40 to $50 per hour

Are You Tired of High-Pressure Sales and Quotas?

Are you an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in building something you can look back on and say, "I did that right"?

At Eric

C. Foster Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, we are not looking for someone to simply move from job to job and install the same systems over and over.

We work on custom, high-end residential projects, including fully ducted heat pump and air conditioning systems. Our work requires technical skill, attention to detail, problem-solving, and pride in craftsmanship.

This is not high-volume, turn-and-burn residential development work. Our technicians and installers get the opportunity to work on unique homes and challenging projects where quality matters.

You will also not be expected to sell jobs, work on commission, or hit high-pressure sales quotas. We hire skilled HVAC professionals to focus on what they do best: solving problems, building quality systems, and taking care of customers.

If you are tired of the corporate atmosphere and want to work for a company that values craftsmanship, quality, and pride in your work, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll DoAs an HVAC Installer, you will primarily work on residential HVAC projects, including custom installations in high-end homes.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, subcontractors, and team members

Continue developing your skills through hands-on and formal training

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and good driving record

Paid training and opportunities to learn about new products and technologies

Competitive pay and overtime opportunitiesA stable, family-owned company serving Massachusetts since 1978

The opportunity to work on unique, custom residential projects rather than repetitive high-volume developments

Build Something You're Proud OfThe best part of working in the trades is being able to look at a completed project and know that your skill and craftsmanship helped bring it to life.

At Eric

C. Foster Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, we believe that kind of work matters.

Our projects are not about rushing through as many houses as possible. We take on custom residential work that challenges our team and requires skill, creativity, and attention to detail.

If you want to work on interesting projects, build high-quality HVAC systems, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship over volume, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

Apply today and build a career with a company where quality still matters.
