Responsible for the installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality workmanship and an exceptional customer experience. This role also performs maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of residential HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install residential heating and air conditioning system according to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- Perform system start-ups, testing, to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment as needed.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system operation, maintenance recommendations, and any required repairs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide an exceptional customer experience during all service and installation visits.
- Ensure all installations and service work are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely job documentation in Service Titan, including materials used, work performed, equipment information, and system performance.
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, equipment in proper working order.
- Represent Pespisa Company with integrity, respect, and a customer-first mindset.
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems.
- Experience using Service Titan or similar field service management software preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
