Adecco Staffing is assisting a well-known Medical Device Manufacturing facility in Chelmsford MA with their needs for 2ndshift Material Handler, with the primary responsibility focused on general warehouse responsibilities and inventory control.
Pay: $24
Hours:10:00am - 6pm
POSITION SUMMARYMaintain inventory records and proper paperwork for accountability of stores. Performs all activities required to maintain the storeroom and to disburse stores. Assures that items are correct, handled carefully, and inventories precisely.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Counting and tracking current warehouse inventory.
- Ensuring accuracy and maintaining inventory records.
- Performs and reconciles daily cycle counts.
- Performs some heavy lifting. (50+ lbs)
- Operates a hand jack and fork truck.
- Assists the Shipping Department as required.
- Assists in year-end physical inventory.
- Assists in other material handling tasks as directed by supervisor or department manager.
Required:
- 1-3 years of related experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Be able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
