Job Description Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse. Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices; stores articles according to identifying factors; fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions stock to fill incoming orders; and prepares stock use reports. Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space.
You will be a Stock Assistant (Second Shift) for our team in Chelmsford, MA, supporting our microelectronics operations. What You Will Be Doing As a Stock Assistant (Second Shift) in Chelmsford, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Prepare assembly kits for issue to the manufacturing floor in a manner which meets established standards of quality and schedule
• Work from pre-printed kit sheets and layout diagrams, in order to efficiently kit materials from stockroom inventory
• Verify SAP system/Warehouse Mgt System vs. physical inventory, identify anomalies, and initiate corrective actions in accordance with established procedures
• Accurately perform daily cycle counts on existing inventory and ensure parts are properly packed and correctly labeled
• Requires knowledge of warehousing and stockroom practices, such as receiving, stocking, and issuing materials General requirements of this position include:
• Handling/Packaging small parts utilizing tweezers, vacuum pens, and microscope as needed
• Ability to accurately perform basic arithmetic calculations Some historical research and understanding of movements and transactions within SAP

Shift: This is a Second Shift position. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start. Basic Qualifications
• Stockroom experience in handling and packaging small parts
• Good computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work from and understand work instructions and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a customer service oriented, team environment
• Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance and must have an interim clearance prior to starting, which requires U.S. citizenship Desired Skills
• Experience in kitting and handling material following established ESD, FIFO, and cleanroom guidelines
• Microscope experience, good math skills, handle/package small parts
• Good computer skills with proven proficiency in SAP utilizing standard receiving, issuing, and transfer transactions as well as Microsoft Excel, transactions in the Warehouse Management System and Outlook
