Job Title
Required:
- BS or MS Degree in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar
- 10+ yrs total experience in capital projects
- Key: 5+ yrs managing large complex capital projects (budgets >$10M)
- Prefer a PE or PA License
- Experience in public bids/proposals
- A Plus - Exp complying with Federal Regulations (e.g., FAA regs)
Duties:
- Identifying capital projects
- Contractor selections
- RFP preparation
- Contract negotiation
- All phases of construction project management
