Superintendent, Construction

South Coast Improvement serves a number of sectors in New England and specializes in renovating and expanding occupied Senior Living facilities along the Eastern Seaboard.

• Enforce all OSHA and best‑in‑class safety standards
• Lead all efforts in maintaining schedule
• Maintain strong knowledge of plans, intent and existing conditions
• Manage multiple subcontractors, tradesmen and laborers for the duration of each project
• Expected to enforce quality and best‑in‑class workmanship
• Actively participate in client meetings
• Conduct inspections during pre‑construction and close‑out

• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisor for a General Contractor
• Enforcement of safety best practices, leading weekly tailgate/tool talks and daily safety checks
• Experience with interior and exterior renovation work including selective demolition, ceiling and wall assemblies, finishes, millwork and MEPs
• Occupied renovations expertise
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office

Salary: $90,000.00 – $ per year
