Emergency Response Person (Project Management)
The Emergency Response Person (ERP) will be a reliable, trustworthy person who lives onsite, to respond to emergencies. ERPs must be able to think quickly and remain calm under pressure. To communicate effectively, ERPs need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to talk with people seeking their help.

Provide excellent customer service
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
Assess the level of priority for each call received
Identify the appropriate departments, vehicles, and personnel to dispatch to scenes
Dispatch medical, police, fire, and search and rescue first-responders as appropriate
Provide pre-arrival instructions to callers
Snow removal and general grounds maintenance
Light cleaning of community bathrooms and other duties as instructed by immediate supervisor
Customer and Personal Service:
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Communication skills: ERPs must be good listeners and be able to communicate with members, employees, and third-party organizations.
Interpersonal skills:
Someone in this position has constant interaction with co-op members and must be able to maintain a positive demeanor throughout even the most difficult situations.
