The Architectural Team, based in Chelsea, MA and nationally known for architectural design excellence and commitment to collaborative client relationships, is seeking a Project Architect. The successful candidate must have 8 – 12 years of experience working on projects from schematic design through the development of construction documents and exhibit strong design and technical expertise, excellent time management skills and the ability to balance immediate deadlines and long term goals.
In this role, you will be asked to assist with, or manage, projects of varying complexity with keen attention to detail. An upbeat, enthusiastic, and positive attitude is essential.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect
- At least 8 – 12 years of experience
- Proficiency in industry standard software (e.g. Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience with developer clients is a significant plus
- Experience with mixed-use, multi-family, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and high profile commercial work preferable
Must be a strong collaborator and have flexibility to travel
