Overview

Seeking MA licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy offices. Work with a team of skilled therapists helping patients of all ages, types of injuries and physical abilities recover from pain and injury. This is an opportunity to run and grow an existing successful PT office that we have recently acquired. Performance Physical Therapy (PPT) has been helping patients since 2005.

PPT has full-time, part-time and per diem positions for physical therapists (PT) and physical therapist assistants (PTA). We have three locations located minutes north of Boston with free parking at each facility. Our outpatient offices see a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses and injuries. As a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you will be challenged with a wide variety of orthopedic patients.

• Devising detailed treatment and care plans for each patient
• Communicating and coordinating with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care
• Exercising independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations
• Evaluating and reporting on patients’ progress
• Assisting administrative staff with billing and insurance
• Complying with federal and state physical therapy regulations
