As the General Manager (GM), you will steer every aspect of hotel operations, shaping exceptional guest experiences and driving team success. This role is perfect for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a competitive market, excels in revenue generation, and is passionate about delighting both guests and associates.

The GM serves as the hotel's ambassador—internally and externally—ensuring brand standards are exceeded, operational excellence is maintained, and strong community relationships are cultivated.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire the hotel team while fostering a service-minded culture aligned with hotel values

Oversee all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and brand compliance

Drive revenue growth, market share performance, and overall financial results

Effectively manage labor, operating expenses, and profitability

Ensure compliance with franchise quality assurance standards and guest inspection requirements

Champion internal and external communications, documentation, and recordkeeping

Build brand awareness and represent the hotel within the local community

Enhance both guest satisfaction and associate engagement and retention

Required Qualifications 3–5 years of prior Hotel General Manager experience

Background in Food & Beverage, Restaurant Management, and/or Bar Sales

Experience with hotel management software and POS systems (Marriott systems strongly preferred)
High-energy leadership style with a strong commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly operations

Proven ability to lead teams, drive revenue, and attract talent in a competitive market

Preferred Qualifications Experience in a senior-level hotel management role Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field
