Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to deliver user support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist with introducing new computer environments for MWRA users in Chelsea, MA.
The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field with relevant experience, a valid MA driver’s license, and IT certifications or the ability to obtain them within a year. Telework may be available one day per week after a waiting period.
