- Execute GMP manufacturing operations independently across multiple unit operations such as spray drying, blending, encapsulation, and packaging
- Adjust equipment within defined process limits
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and process deviations
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
- Coordinate material handling and staging activities
- Assist in deviation investigations
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Interface with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of GMP is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Demonstrates expertise in GMP manufacturing operations, including spray drying, blending, encapsulation, and packaging, while ensuring compliance with documentation standards and process improvements.
