Position: High lift Operator -  3rd Shift

High Lift Operator - 3rd Shift

Use stand-up High-lift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height for inbound and production items

Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment

Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items

Do all necessary paperwork for the safe operation of equipment and product movement in the computer system

Willing to be cross trained

Perform other tasks as requested

Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device

Complete daily maintenance/check sheet for all equipment assigned

Have experience or working knowledge of processing equipment operation, processing specifications, and labeling requirements

Bilingual is a plus but you must be able to complete required paperwork (productivity reports and other miscellaneous paperwork)

Ability to work on production floor; a wet, cold, and loud environment

Ability to work in temperatures as low as 20 to 40 degrees

Capable of regularly lifting and/or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 80 lbs

Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
